Eleven Government Agencies created history by being the first batch of services to receive Diamond Standard certification at the inaugural Trinidad and Tobago Diamond Standard (TTDS) Award Ceremony held at Queen's Hall on January 21, 2015. The successful agencies are;

- Case Management System, Family Court, Judiciary, Trinidad and Tobago
- IT Literacy and Community 'Walk-in' Programme
- Naparima College, Ministry of Education
- Outpatient Clinic, Scarborough General Hospital, Tobago Regional Health Authority
- Reference and Outreach Department, National Archives of Trinidad and Tobago
- Sangre Grande Accident and Emergency, Sangre Grande Hospital, Eastern Regional Health Authority
- Tobago Emergency Management Agency
- Trade License Unit, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Investment and Communications
- Water Taxi Service, National Infrastructure Development Company Limited
- Women's Health Clinic, St. James Medical Complex, North West Regional Health Authority
